We offer ebooks, printed books (hardcover and paperback), and made-to-order merchandise. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time without notice.

2. Digital Products

All ebook sales are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a download link via email. You are responsible for entering the correct email address during checkout.

Unauthorized sharing, copying, or redistribution of our digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Printed Books & Merchandise

All printed books and merchandise are non-refundable.
Replacements will only be issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of the issue.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on product type:

Ebooks: Delivered instantly after payment confirmation.
Printed Books: Delivered in 7–10 business days.
Merchandise: Delivered in 9–10 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

All content on this site, including the Bravera name, logo, book content, product designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Bravera and protected by intellectual property laws.
