Refund Policy

At Bravera, we prioritize the quality and clarity of our products, which is why we have a strict refund policy. 📘 Ebooks & Printed Books (Hardcover & Paperback): All sales are final and non-refundable. Once an ebook is delivered or a print copy is on its way, we cannot process refunds to protect our intellectual property. If you receive a damaged or defective print book, please reach out to us within 7 days at support@braverashop.com for. 🛍️ Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, etc.): Our merchandise is made to order and non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item or size. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for resolution.
